We are currently experiencing degraded performance on our package repository infrastructure. Customers may encounter timeouts, slow downloads, or SSL connection errors when running yum/dnf/apt operations against CloudLinux, Imunify360, and TuxCare repositories (including repo.cloudlinux.com mirrors, rollout-ng.cloudlinux.com, and repo.alt.tuxcare.com).
Typical errors include "Curl error (28): Timeout was reached" and "Curl error (35): SSL connect error" during metadata or package downloads. The issue primarily affects the US region; due to traffic overflow, connections served from the EU region may also be intermittently affected. Installed software continues to operate normally — only package installations and updates are impacted, and retrying the operation may succeed. Our engineering team has identified the cause and is actively working on a fix. We will post an update as soon as more information is available.
